1. Order Processing Time

We require 1–3 business days to carefully prepare and dispatch your order. - Processing does not occur on Sundays or national holidays. - If there is a delay due to high demand or logistics issues, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes: - Metro Cities: 3–6 business days - Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–9 business days - Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier performance, weather, or unforeseen delays.

 

3. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a: - Tracking ID - Courier partner name - Tracking link

Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to reflect in the system.

 

4. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts. - If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unreachable contact, the package may return to us. - In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

 

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to: - Wrong or incomplete address - Unreachable phone number - Recipient refusal

6. Damaged, Tampered or Missing Items
