1. How long does shipping take?

· Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

· Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–9 business days

· Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

· Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance.

 

2. Can I return or exchange a product?

· Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

· Personalized, custom, or altered items cannot be returned unless defective.

· Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

 

3. What payment methods do you accept?

· We accept Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, COD (if available), and major payment gateways like Razorpay, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

 

4. Is Cash on Delivery available?

· COD is available for select locations within India.

· Payment must be made in INR at the time of delivery.

· COD orders follow our COD Policy for failed deliveries or returns.

 

5. Do you offer a warranty?

· Yes, our products come with a 6-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

· Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

6. How do I care for my leather product?

· Avoid water and moisture.

· Use a soft cloth or leather cleaner.

· Store in a cool, dry place.

· Condition leather every 6–12 months.

· Avoid harsh chemicals.

7. How can I track my order?

· Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email or WhatsApp.

· Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

 

8. Can I cancel my order?

· Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.

· Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

· Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
