Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy — Hideghar

At Hideghar, we provide the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD) for our valued customers who prefer to pay at the time of receiving their orders. Our COD policy ensures transparency and smooth processing.

 

1. Availability

COD is available for select cities and regions within India. Availability depends on courier partners and logistics capabilities.

 

2. Order Processing

· Orders placed with COD will be processed within 1–3 business days.

· Dispatch timelines may be affected by order volume or courier delays.

· You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your order is shipped.

 

3. Payment Terms

· Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

· Only Indian Rupees (INR) are accepted for COD.

· Change for large bills may be limited; please have exact or near-exact cash ready.

 

4. Delivery Attempts & Failures

· Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

· If the order is not delivered due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, it may be returned to us.

· Reshipping charges may apply for redelivery.

 

5. Returns & Refunds for COD Orders

· COD orders eligible for return due to damage, defect, or wrong item will follow our Return & Refund Policy.

· Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, not cash.

· Orders returned for reasons other than approved return requests may not be eligible for refund.
