At Hideghar, every product is crafted with care, precision, and passion. We want you to feel proud of what you receive. While we maintain high quality standards, we understand that situations may arise where returns or refunds are required.

To make this process seamless, we’ve outlined a clear and fair policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We currently accept returns under the following conditions: - The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. - The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Due to the nature of handcrafted products, minor variations in texture, color or natural leather markings are not considered defects. These are characteristics of authentic leather.

We do not accept returns for: - Change of mind - Custom or personalized orders - Used, damaged, or altered products

 

2. Proof Required for Return Request

To initiate a return claim, please share: - Your Order Number - Clear photos or a video showing the issue - Packaging and product condition

This helps us verify and process the request smoothly.

 

3. Return Shipping

· If the product is approved for return due to damage or wrong item, return shipping will be covered by us.

· In other cases where return is allowed as an exception (case‑by‑case basis), shipping charges may need to be borne by the customer.

Returned products must be sent back in: - Original packaging - With all accessories, tags, or documents included

 

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–12 business days. Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.

Refunds are not issued for: - Delivery delays caused by courier or external logistics - Customer‑provided incorrect address or non‑response at delivery time - Items returned without approval

 

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, you may opt for a: - Replacement of the same product - Store credit

Replacement processing time starts after we receive and verify the returned product.

 

6. Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer size-based or style exchanges, unless the product is damaged or incorrect on arrival.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
