1. Product Warranty

· Warranty Coverage: Hideghar products come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

· What’s Covered: Stitching defects, hardware malfunctions, or material issues not caused by misuse.

· What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, damage due to accidents, misuse, exposure to extreme conditions, or alterations by the customer.

· Claim Process: Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number, photos, and description of the issue. We will guide you on repair, replacement, or credit.

 

2. Leather Care Guidelines

Proper care ensures your Hideghar product remains in premium condition:

1. Avoid water exposure: Keep products away from rain and moisture.

2. Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth or leather-specific cleaner.

3. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Use dust bags when not in use.

4. Conditioning: Apply a leather conditioner every 6–12 months to maintain suppleness.

5. Avoid harsh chemicals: Do not use detergents, alcohol, or bleach on leather.

 

3. Authenticity Guarantee

· Each Hideghar product is genuine, handcrafted leather.

· Slight variations in color, grain, and markings are natural characteristics of real leather and not defects.

· Authentic products come with Hideghar branding and tags. Retain the original packaging and receipt as proof of authenticity.

 

4. Repair & Service

For premium products, we also provide repair services beyond the warranty period (charges may apply). - Minor repairs like stitching or hardware replacement can be requested through our support channels.
